The uniqueness of the Park is its wide variety of services provided to the occupants, such as: central air-conditioning, cafeterias, children's day centers, a medical clinic, transport facilities, a post office, a petrol station, parking areas, etc.

Special emphasis is placed on the Park's infrastructural redundancy systems. For exemple, the Park is supplied by two transformers stationed in Haifa, in order to enable the continuous flow in case of electricity failure.
